Nurtured within the Food Manufacturing Division, Xceli: Engineering has now rapidly expanded to become a division in its own right. Originally specialising in the food industry, we now recruit into other manufacturing industries, in particular those that involve high-speed and high-volume production.

Our scope extends to every level within the engineering department, from maintenance engineers to engineering managers / chief engineers, reliability and continuous improvement engineers to project managers, and also at group engineering level.

Our consultants are experienced and well trained and are able to recruit using contingent, retained and headhunting campaigns. Our people pride themselves in offering an ethical and customer led approach, all achieved through a deeper understanding of both candidate and client needs.

Our candidates are our lifeblood.
